MAJX is an independent project management consultancy focused on helping construction projects run better when complexity starts to build.

We provide Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) to individual developers, growing trades, builders, and design and construct teams who need experienced project leadership without the cost or rigidity of permanent headcount.

Our role is not to take over the build or replace your team. It is to bring structure, judgement, and steady coordination across the parts of a project that often fall between disciplines. Communication, documentation, interfaces, decision tracking, and delivery rhythm.

The MAJX Team

MAJX was founded by Majid Moradmand, a senior project management professional with over 20 years of experience across engineering, construction, and client-side delivery.

Majid began his career in 2005 after graduating with honours in Civil Engineering. He has since built his career across complex infrastructure, rail, and development projects, working within tier-one organisations and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

He holds advanced engineering and project management qualifications and is recognised as a Certified Practising Senior Project Manager through the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Today, MAJX operates as a founder-led consultancy, supported by a trusted network of experienced project managers, engineers, and specialists engaged to suit each project’s scale and complexity.

This model allows MAJX to provide senior-level oversight and dependable coordination without the rigidity of a traditional consultancy structure.
